Ritual Knife

This is a great example of a Sumba ritual knife. The handle is conceived of a equestrian figure in stylized form. The head of the rider seems to be stretched exhibiting a whimsical appearance. The patina is fine from handling and use. The sheath is original to the knife.

This knife stands 14 inches tall.
