This fine Anthrop-zoomorphic mask is a rare type from the Inyi region in Nigeria. The eyes are inlaid with glass and the mask is covered in pigments. The back of the mask shows a fine aged interior with no altering just oxidized wood with fine adze marks. The wood is hard and the overall surface shows encrusted layered pigments.

This mask stands 16" in height.
